2022 Presentation Evening
After a three year break due to the covid pandemic, the members and guests of the Tonypandy Central HS gathered at the Club’s headquarters on Saturday 19th November to honour the prizewinners in the 2022 racing season. The old bird season went relatively well, racing on the south-east route through to Ramsgate. However the young bird season can only be described as disappointing as the Rhondda Valley Fed, to which the Club is affiliated, chose to race on the north route for the first time since the mid 1990s, with subsequent poor results. Nevertheless, the cream will inevitably rise to the top and the Club champ, yet again, for 2022 proved to be Jason Bright, ably assisted by octogenarian Evan Howells.
